Heavy weekdays, happy hours, social dinners, or simply a stay-home TV night… These are all common activities that normally keep us from training Friday nights.
While it’s easy to understand how these activities allow us to disconnect from our daily routines or stress; they can still be done and even become more enjoyable after a good training session on Friday night.
Wrapping up your heavy work week with physical activity will set the pace for a healthy and fun weekend. Here are the top 3 reasons why you should train Jiu-Jitsu; Fitness or Practicing Martial Arts.

Organizing a casual night out after training with your teammates always creates a great bond which leads to better friendships, better team spirit, and better training for the following week!
